He graduated from Bachelor of Science with Honors (Cum Laude), Business Administration from University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business in 2012 and Master of Science, Information and Knowledge Strategy from Columbia University in 2015.
With more than 10 years of experience in the mining industry, he also served as the President Director at PT Bahtera Mustika Mulia and PT Royaltama Multi Komoditi Nusantara.
He also served as Director of PT RMK Energy Tbk, PT Dinamika Mulia Kencana, PT Royaltama Mulia Kencana, and PT Rantai Mulia Kencana and the President Commissioner of PT Truba Bara Banyu Enim.

Indonesian citizen, has been serving as Director of the Company since 2023. He graduated Associate’s Degree from North Seattle Community College in 2009 and Bachelor of Science, Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington in 2011.
Having more than 10 years experience in the mining industry, he also currently serves as a Director at PT RMK Energy Tbk, PT Rantai Mulia Kencana, PT Dinamika Mulia Kencana, PT Royaltama Mulia Kencana, and PT Royaltama Multi Komoditi Nusantara. Currently he also serves as President Director of PT Truba Bara Banyu Enim.

Indonesian citizen, has been serving as Director of the Company since 2023. She graduated Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Minor in Accounting from the University of California in 2016 and Masters in Management from London Business School in 2018.
Experienced more than 4 years in mining industry and management consulting. She has served as a Business Development Associate at PT RMK Energy Tbk in 2018 – 2019 and as an Associate at McKinsey & Company in 2020 – 2023.

Indonesian citizen, He was appointed as the Company's President Commissioner since 2023. Tony Saputra graduated from bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering of Atmajaya University in 1987.
More than 40 years of experience in the mining sector, He served as the President Director of PT Rantai Mulia Kencana, PT RMK Energy Tbk, and PT Royaltama Mulia Kencana.
He also served as the President Commissioner of PT Dinamika Mulia Kencana and as Commissioner of PT Bahtera Mustika Mulia and PT Royaltama Multi Komoditi Nusantara.

Indonesian citizen, has served as the Company's Independent Commissioner since 2023. He graduated from Perguruan Tinggi Ilmu Kepolisian in 1996, a Masters in Management from Winaya Mukti University in 2003 and a Masters in Law from Jayabaya University in 2020, as well as a Candidate Doctor from Jayabaya University in 2023.
Having more than 35 years of experience in the police, he also served as the President Director of PT RABS International Lawfirm. He also serves as Commissioner of PT Smartec Technology Indonesia and as Independent Commissioner of PT Kino Indonesia Tbk and PT RMK Energy Tbk.
He has served in the Indonesian National Police from 1987 – 2022 with his last position being Inspektur Jenderal Polisi (Irjen Pol.).
