Corporate Social Responsibility
RMKO fully understands the importance of social and environmental responsibility. Hence, the company strongly committed to provide benefits to the surrounding communities and environment. Some Social Corporate Responsibility (CSR) activities that the Company has carried out are as follow:
Construction of Groundwater Wells
In 2022, the company provided fresh water access for local communities in Gunung Megang Dalam Village, Muara Enim Regency. These groundwater wells allow 20 families or around 80 villagers consume fresh water and provide fresh water for the Al-Ikhlas Mosque as well.
Renovation of The At-Taqwa Mosque
The Company contributed to the At-Taqwa Mosque renovation project in Panang Jaya Village, Gunung Megang District, Muara Enim Regency in 2022. At-Taqwa Mosque is one of the mosques which usually utilized as the center of religious activities in Gunung Megang District.
Distribution of Sacrificed Animals on Eid Al-Adha 1443 H
The company distributed sacrificed animals to celebrate Eid al-Adha 1443 Hijriah for 7 villages at the surrounding area of the company’s jobsites in Gunung Megang District, Muara Enim Regency.
Distribution of Staple Foods in Eid Al-Fitr 1443 H
The company distributed staple foods for 350 families in a number of villages in Gunung Megang District, Muara Enim Regency to celebrate Eid al-Fitr 1443 Hijriah.
