Transparent and Accountable Operations

All common stocks issued and fully paid, including common stocks issued during Initial Public Offering, have the equal rights, including dividend distribution. The company plans to distribute cash dividend at least 20% per year starting from fiscal year 2023. The amount of distributed dividend will depend on the Company’s profit in the period and pursuant to the financial indicators and Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) declaration which in accordance with the Company’s Article of Association and regulations. Dividend distribution will depend on the Company’s profitability in the period by considering the Company’s cash requirement for business development without eliminating the rights of AGMS to declare otherwise based on the Company’s Article of Association.
